Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are returned outside the return window may not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fees

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refund processing time: Up to 10 business days after the return is approved

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
